Buy-In Plans (COBRA)

You and/or your dependent(s) may have the option to continue your benefits if you lose active insurance coverage due to a qualifying event such as: voluntary or involuntary job loss, reduction in the hours worked, transition between jobs, death, divorce, and other life events under the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA).
